Tammy Sheppard
Tammy is a certified coach, mediator and EQi assessor with specialized training in coaching abrasive leaders. She works with leaders and teams to enhance their ability to manage workplace conflict and restore respectful relationships. With over 15 years of HR experience advising leaders in municipal government, she brings extensive knowledge of corporate cultures and challenges. She helps clients explore their triggers and limiting beliefs to increase psychological flexibility so they feel more empowered and confident in their choices and responses. Tammy holds BBA and MER degrees from Memorial University and serves on the Boards of ICF Atlantic and ADR Atlantic Institute.
