On August 25, our volunteer Board of Directors for ICF Atlantic met at Director of Membership’s house in a socially distanced manner to brainstorm the 2020 to 2022 Vision for the ICF Atlantic  (ICFA) Chapter, and to plan some of the key strategic initiatives.
We are excited about the potential of what coaching can offer our Atlantic Canada communities.  Attached below is a snapshot of the vision, mission and values, and the strategic key initiatives we are working on.

Member Ask Participants for Atlantic Coaching Research Study
Our board is focused on increasing awareness of what is coaching and how it can benefit Atlantic Canada.  Some of the strategic initiatives for this year to increase coaching awareness include:

Market Research Study
ICF Atlantic is looking for members to provide recommended organizations to be included as potential participants in a market research study.  Please send along suggestions of organizations in Atlantic Canada who have hired external coaches for a market research study.   All members will receive a copy of the final research study as well as the participating organizations.

The study will ask organizations about perceptions around coaching and benefits realized.  We are looking for ten organizations ideally in New Brunswick (2), Nova Scotia (3), Newfoundland (2), and PEI (2). ICF Global produces a coaching study, however, all the Canadian participant organizations are outside of Atlantic.

Please send the suggested contact names to Icfatlantic@gmail.com including email address and phone number for MQO to reach out to invite dependent on response numbers.

If you are able to contribute a potential participant or have any additional questions, please contact icfatlantic@gmail.com
