Mary Ellen Veale
Mary Ellen Veale has worked in the education sector in New Brunswick for over 20 years. She has her B.A and B.Ed and has worked with all levels of learners in various roles. Her executive coaching training is with the ICF credentialed Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program offered at Royal Roads University. As a mother of 3, she has spent over half of that time combining her passion for family with her education role and working in different capacities in the Executive Coaching business she founded with her husband over 15 years ago (Vision Coaching Inc.). She is passionate about continuous learning and goal setting, recognizing the multiple skills and abilities present in all of us. She also excels at supporting individuals in clarifying goals and achieving their full potential. She believes in coaching the individual, not the situation, and coming from a place of kindness to ask powerful questions.
