ICF Global Cultural Competency Workshop

We are pleased to invite you to the ICF Global Cultural Competency Workshop, which will be facilitated by Devin Burnham, President of ICF Atlantic. Learn more about Devin.

Learning Objectives for the session include the following:

  • Recognize the differences among cultural knowledge, awareness, and sensitivity

  • Display personal cultural proficiency during coaching

  • Distinguish the six stages of cultural competency

  • Define intercultural communication and describe its importance in coaching

As coaches, we meet our clients within the context of their environment, co-creating safe spaces where diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are embraced.  During this interactive 2-hour workshop designed by ICF Global, we will challenge our own ideas around culture as we strive to build more inclusive spaces for our clients and coaching community.

Attending the Zoom workshop will allow you to earn 1.5 Core Competencies CCE Units plus .5 Resource Development CCE Units.

This is a wonderful opportunity to explore further DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) while building relationships within our coaching community.
