Harriette Schumacher is a Master Certified Executive Coach (MCC), board director, and CEO of Big Leap Leadership Inc. Based in Halifax, she holds the MCC credential — a distinction held by fewer than 4% of coaches worldwide.

With over two decades of leadership development experience, Harriette partners with CEOs, boards, and senior executives to navigate complex leadership challenges, including succession planning, cultural transformation, mergers, and enterprise growth. She brings a rare combination of candour and care: telling leaders the truth no one else will, while creating the space they need to think clearly, recalibrate, and act with courage.
