Jennifer Britton

Meet celebrated author and coach Jennifer Britton who is well known for her trailblazing and pioneering in the field of Coaching Many™ - group and team coaching. Jennifer wrote the world’s first book on Group Coaching published in 2009 which was a turning point for the conversation in the industry. She is the award-winning creator of the Group and Team Coaching Essentials™ training, first offered in 2006 and now a 10 course, 125 hour learning pathway for coaches who want to expand their skills to group and team coaching, leading to the ACTC.  Over the last 20 years Jennifer has partnered with public sector, Fortune 50 and some of Canada’s Top employers organizations to transform their culture, team work and leadership through the introduction of group coaching, team coaching and leader as coach initiatives. Her Conversation Sparker product line (cards, dice and charms) are used by coaches, organizations and leaders to spark the conversations that matter. Dr. Irena O’Brien

Dr. Irena O’Brien is a cognitive neuroscientist who has dedicated almost 30 years to studying psychology and neuroscience. Following a successful career as a chartered accountant, she pursued her passion and earned a PhD in Psychology from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Conducting brain imaging and electrophysiological studies during her time there, she further expanded her expertise through a postdoctoral fellowship at McGill University’s Centre for Language, Mind, and Brain. Driven by her love for neuroscience, Dr. Irena founded The Neuroscience School, an innovative program providing coaches and health professionals with accessible and evidence-based tools. One of her aims is to counter the prevalent misinformation in the media by simplifying neuroscience. Particularly interested in how lifestyle choices impact brain health, mood, and cognition as we age, she firmly believes that a healthy mind necessitates a healthy body. Through her work, Dr. Irena empowers others to improve their lives and those of their clients by harnessing the practical applications of neuroscience.

  • Joel Digirolamo

    Joel DiGirolamo is the Vice President of Research and Data Science for the International Coaching Federation. He is the author of two books and numerous research papers and book chapters. Joel holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology, an MBA, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, and is an Associate Editor for Consulting Psychology Journal.

  • Brian Duggan, MCC MA

    Brian Duggan MCC, MA (Coaching) is a Certified Coaching Supervisor www.coachingsupervisionacademy.com ICF Mentor Coach and Assessor. He is an Associate Faculty member of the School of Professional Studies at Royal Roads University and has been involved in supporting leaders and coaches through coaching and education since 1980. A brother, spouse, stepparent, grandparent and a student of coaching; he is the author of Coaching from the Inside Out, A personal approach to coaching for change, Tellwell 2019.

  • Lisa Haydon

    Lisa Haydon is on a mission to equip organizations with the leadership intelligence they need to compete, grow, and thrive.     With a career spanning corporate leadership, executive coaching, and business transformation, Lisa has been in the seat of a leader, worked alongside top executives, and now partners with organizations to future-ready their leadership for dynamic change. Her work helps businesses move beyond intuition—giving them measurable clarity on leadership strengths, blind spots, and the actions that drive results.

  • April Howe

    April has been an active voice for diversity and inclusion for many years. Through her Consulting firm Crayon Strategies Inc., she helps organizations create the conditions for authentic inclusiveness. She consults and coaches extensively with clients within the public, private, and non-profit sectors. April served the Province of Nova Scotia from 2018 – 2023, most recently as the Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture. Before being appointed as Deputy, she was the Senior Executive Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Justice. Before joining the Department of Justice, April was Executive Director of People and Culture with the Public Service Commission. Former to joining government, April was a Partner with Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette leading their Career Services practice. April holds an Executive Master of Business from Saint Mary’s University - Sobey School of Business and is also a Certified Career and Executive Coach and a member of ICF.

  • Marilyn Orr, CEC, PCC

    Marilyn Orr has been a professional coach for 20 years and holds her PCC credential with ICF. A graduate of Royal Roads University’s Certified Executive Coaching program, Marilyn has a rich history of contributing to the coaching community. She founded the ICF New Brunswick chapter, which later evolved into ICF Atlantic Canada, and served as President of ICF Greater Austin while living in Texas.

    Marilyn works with Vision Coaching Inc., coaching individuals and teams, and as Manager of Coaching Services. She is passionate about mentor coaching, helping other coaches refine their skills and achieve their credentials. After years in Texas building a sustainable wellness and event center, Marilyn has returned to the region, continuing to teach leaders in business and healthcare how to leverage coaching for growth and transformation through learning to coach and through transforming their organization to having a coaching culture.

  • Vanessa Paesani

    Vanessa Paesani is a certified executive coach and educator pursuing a Master of Arts in Executive and Organizational Coaching at Royal Roads University. With nearly 15 years of experience supporting impact-driven organizations, Vanessa specializes in leadership development, systems change, and social innovation, empowering coaches and entrepreneurs to create meaningful transformation. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Pond-Deshpande Centre at the University of New Brunswick, a hub for tackling society’s most complex challenges through collaboration and innovation. Vanessa’s research focuses on presence in Master Certified Coaches, uncovering the wisdom they bring to the profession and offering practical insights for those seeking to elevate their coaching practice.

  • Tara Reynolds, ACC

    Tara Reynolds (she/her) is a coach, consultant, and facilitator with a passion for creating spaces that strengthen relational trust.  Since 2018, Tara has served as a strengths based Leadership Coach with the Health Policy Research Scholars Program at Johns Hopkins University. Tara is a founding partner of Tandem Truths Consulting and a Co-Founder of WholeHeart, Inc. She is a Courage & Renewal® Facilitator and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Courage & Renewal. Tara received training as a Life and Wellness Coach with the Canada Coach Academy and has ACC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation. She will be applying for her PCC level in June of 2025. She is a member of the ICF Atlantic Coaching community.  Tara finds joy in the wisdom of children, the beauty of the natural world, and the power of a good open and honest question.  Her home is located in M’ikm’ki, the ancestral, unceded territory of the M’ikmaq people.

  • Garry Schleifer

    Garry is a seasoned businessman bringing over 30 years of experience to his coaching. His “walk the talk” credentials draw from experience as the visionary behind several multimillion-dollar corporations.

    Applying an approach of “Ruthless Compassion” when helping his business owner clients. Challenging clients with transformative coaching, rigorous goals, innate sensitivity, good humour, and non-judgment.

    He earned his coach credentials at the Coaches Training Institute, Certified, a Mentor Coach certificate from inviteCHANGE, and his PCC from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

    The owner and publisher of choice, the magazine of professional coaching, (www.choice-online.com) Past President of the Toronto ICF Chapter, Vice President of ICF Global Board and served on several, community-based boards.

    Brian Sullivan joined ICF Global in November 2023 as a Regional Manager for North America. In his role, he supports the health and advancement of 25 ICF chapters in North America’s Northeast and Midwest regions by providing guidance, assistance, and resources to over 300 city, state, provincial, and regional volunteer leaders.
