Wendy Jones: Hire A Coach and Change Your Life!

Sound like an unrealistic claim? I can assure you, there’s nothing unreal about this.

In my 14 years as a professionally trained and ICF credentialed Coach, over 95% of the hundreds of clients I’ve coached would agree that working with a coach has indeed changed their life.

Change means different things to different people.

Here are a few examples of the kind of change my client’s have experienced:

  • Gaining the confidence to speak out about an unhealthy workplace culture

  • Coming to a greater awareness of their own strengths as well as their limiting beliefs

  • Coming to grips with their own core leadership goals and making a plan to achieve them

  • Learning to focus on the elements they love in their current job so they get less bummed when things don’t go their way

  • Digging deep and moving past ‘fear’ in choosing to leave a job that’s no longer working for them

  • Identifying and implementing new ways of problem solving, garnering more respect

  • Enhancing their listen skills so that everyone on their team feels valued and is more productive

Each of these examples, and many more I get to witness every day as a Coach. And each one of them can be, in fact life changing for my client.

Whether it’s a change in attitude, belief, feelings, behavior or place of work, coaching is an awesome investment that more and more managers, leaders, and other professionals are choosing as an essential part of their personal and professional development plan.

Of course I’m biased. I’m a coach. I get to witness the power coaching every day, with each and every client.

But don’t take my word for it.

Talk to someone who has worked with a Coach and decide for yourself if you are ready to make some kind of change in your life!
