Anna uses questions and curiosity, complemented by frameworks that are grounded in experience and research, to walk alongside her clients as they define, refine, pursue and achieve their objectives. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience coaching and advising leaders in complex contexts, including academia, government, health care, family business, professional services, and religious ministry, Anna is known for her ability to bring clarity to complexity and for creating a context where candour and care build competence and confidence. In addition to being a Certified Executive Coach and Associate Certified Coach, Anna is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants and a Fellow Certified Management Consultant. Anna is certified to interpret Gallup Clifton Strengths assessments, the Hogan Assessment, and the Management Research Group LEA Self-Assessment and LEA 360 Assessment.
