With over 35 years in the corporate world, Margie Hammond has a wealth of experience in leadership, customer service, finance, operations, human resources, and coaching. Most of her career has been spent in the HR field. Her passion is coaching. Margie is a Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University) and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and her focus is on leadership and career coaching.

Margie offers to others a high level of trust, respect, compassion and care. With her clients she comes from a place of curiosity. Margie is able to recognize their brilliance and ability. She will challenge, push and support them. She will acknowledge their successes and wins and test their assumptions and limiting beliefs. From all perspectives she likes to work with others who are willing to be seen, heard and understood and want more out of life. They value personal and professional development and are eager to make things happen in their lives.

Margie is certified in the Pathfinder Career System, Emotional Intelligence and EI 360, a Coaching Out Of The Box Licensed Trainer and a Certified Facilitator of the Women Leading Women Leadership Program. She is an Internal Human Resource Consultant/ Coach at Irving Oil and also has a part time coaching business ( Spinnaker Coaching and Consulting). Margie is an active member and board member of the ICF Atlantic Chapter and an active member and past board member of the Human Resource Association of New Brunswick. She is also a founding member of E3, which is a women’s forum at Irving Oil that supports personal and professional growth.
